Skeleton Spinecutter is the one you do not want waiting at the bottom of the crypt stairs. Most of the risen dead shuffle and go down easy but this one moves like something that used to be paid to do this. Whatever ritual pulled it back did not just animate the bones, it woke up everything the soldier knew.

Why You'll Love It

  • Put it in a mob of shamblers and let your party work out one round too late that this one is faster than the rest
  • Caught mid-swing with its axe already coming down and one leg driving forward, so it looks like it is moving even sitting on a shelf
  • Skull-faced, bare-ribbed, and carrying an axe with a blade wider than its body, this skeleton means business
