🛡️ 14-Day Return/Reprint Policy for Non-Custom Products
We inspect every product before it leaves our shop, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Eligible for Reprint:
✹ Non-custom products only (custom orders are not eligible due to their unique nature)
✹ Issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery
How to Request a Reprint:
1. Send us a message through our Contact page or email us at support@heliostabletop.ca.
2. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
What We’ll Do:
✹ If the issue is due to a manufacturing error, or quality issue, we’ll reprint and ship the product to you at no cost.
✹ If the damage occurred due to shipping mishandling, we’ll do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier to handle the issue and may still offer a reprint depending on the case.
Not Covered:
✹ Custom character minis or personalized items (due to their one-of-a-kind nature)
✹ Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
✹ Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
🌍 EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period
If you're in the European Union, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. You can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We want every hero to feel proud of what they’ve acquired from our shop.
If anything isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it because that's the right thing to do.
