Custom Printing Policies
1. Model Sizing: Please consult our Sizing Guide before placing your order. Incorrect size selections may result in production delays or additional costs.
2. File Requirements: We accept .STL, .3MF, or .OBJ files. Any unsupported file types uploaded will not be printed.
3. No Pre-Supported Models: Our printing process uses a specialized support method tailored to our equipment and resin. We will not accept pre-supported models. Most designers offer a pre-supported and unsupported version of their models with the file name clearly distinguishing each type but if you need us to confirm before placing an order shoot us an email at team@heliostabletop.ca!
4. Design Responsibility: Models will be printed exactly as submitted. We will contact you if there are design issues with the models. Some issues are only detected after printing and we do offer reprints for an extra charge if there are issues related to model design, including but not limited to:
- Fragile or overly delicate features
- Printability challenges
- Non-manifold geometry or other mesh errors
Please ensure your files are thoroughly reviewed before uploading.
5. Model Modifications: Any modification requests such as scaling, mirroring, etc. must be explicitly stated in the order notes. Failure to explicitly mention modifications when placing your order will result in additional costs and production time. Some modifications like sizing up a model may result in additional costs.
6. No NSFW Models: We do not accept any model submissions that contain or promote:
- NSFW or sexually explicit content
- Hate speech, racist, discriminatory, or xenophobic themes
- Glorification of violence, abuse, or graphic depictions of real-world harm
- Symbols or imagery associated with hate groups or extremist ideologies
- Stolen or unlicensed intellectual property where you are not the rightful owner or licensee
We reserve the right to reject any model at our discretion if it violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate for our platform and brand values.

Our minis are printed in-house using a high-quality engineering grade resin formulated to give them flexible, durable properties, while also capturing every detail. We have spent countless hours perfecting our process so our minis can endure even the most chaotic game nights - and look great doing it!

We print everything to order at our shop in Toronto. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, with tracking available for all orders.

Helios Tabletop is a Toronto-based miniature printing studio offering high-detail resin prints for DnD, Pathfinder, Trench Crusade, wargames, and any tabletop system you play. Whether you're printing a custom character mini, a creature from your campaign, or a full warband, we handle every order in-house from our shop in Toronto.
How it works: Upload your model, choose your size and finish, and add to cart. We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and ZIP files. If you have multiple minis at different sizes, simply repeat the process for each size as a separate add-to-cart.
What we print with: Every mini is printed in a specially formulated resin built for tabletop durability and detail. It holds fine features well, survives regular table use, and comes either unprimed or primed in matte grey and ready to paint.

Most custom minis ship within 3–5 business days. Larger or more complex models may take longer.
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and .ZIP files. If you're unsure about what files to upload, feel free to contact us before submitting!
Absolutely! Just let us know how many you need of each mini in the order notes on the cart page.

For example, if you want 3 small minis and 5 medium minis, add “Small Mini x3” to your cart, then add “Medium Mini x5.”
For larger orders, it helps to also list the breakdown in your order notes.
Yes! All prints are fully supported, cleaned, and cured. You’ll receive a high-quality, ready-to-paint mini.
Yes! We have the capacity to print orders in the hundreds and thousands. If your order is over 100 minis, please contact us via the chat or our email team@heliostabletop.ca to inquire about bulk pricing
That’s totally fine! If you’re uploading a mini in separate parts, just select the size that best matches the mini when it’s fully assembled.
We print your custom minis using the same high-detail resin we use for our standard minis to get a crisp, durable finish perfect for painting and tabletop play.
Because each mini is custom printed just for you, we do not offer refunds/returns. However, if there’s an issue with the quality of your print, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we will potentially reprint your mini on a case-by-case basis.

I'm never getting minis printed anywhere else. The clarity of detail is unreal. The mini looks exactly like the render picture for the STL. The print lines are virtually undetectable to the naked eye - there's only one spot I can see and I have to have perfect lighting to see it. On top of that, the slight flex makes the mini virtually unbreakable, which takes away the fear of working with a model that has thin parts. Thank you!
First time doing a 3D print order so sent the stl files and off to the printer they went. The quality is fantastic. The weapon effects add soo much to 40k models.
I will place future orders with them for next amry.
Great customer service as always. Excellent level of detail for something so small. Quick turn around time as well- order was really for pickup within a week.
I ordered 7 minis for printing. It was great that the printing was done and shipped very fast. From order to delivery was only 8 days. There were major flaws in two of the minis I ordered, though. It's a little disappointing. I'm sure it's an issue with the design file, but it kind of sucks that the printing is "one and done" and any flaws are too bad. Also, I was supposed to receive a "Mystery Hero mini" with my order and did not. All in all, would use them again, but with caution.
I've had quite a few custom minis printed from Helios and will continue to get more in the future. The detail quality and durability is top notch. And the customer service is absolutely fantastic!
